  2. Qualifying Cases for Return or Exchange: You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:
    • You have received a broken or damaged item. 
    • You have received duplicate orders.
    • You need to receive the correct product or an incorrect quantity

Requirements to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us promptly and provide clear pictures and, if applicable, a recorded video of the issue.
  2. Ensure the address label is visible in the pictures.
  3. In the case of duplicate orders, provide photos of both orders.
  4. you have to send us the product via any courier service the delivery charges you have to pay.
  5. After receiving the returned product our team will examining the claim whether the claim is valid or not.
  6. If the claim is genuine our team will send you a new product in return.
  7. 20% fee will be charged for return.

Disqualification for Return or Exchange:

Please note that returns or exchanges may not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The issue is reported more than 2 days after the delivery date.
  • The pictures and videos provided need to be clarified or more.
  • The product packaging or bubble wrap is removed, or the product appears to have been used.
  • The address label needs to be included or completed.
  • The required information for processing the return or exchange needs to be completed.

Processing Time:

Once you've initiated a return or exchange, please allow 10-15 working days to complete the process. We will investigate the issue and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Upon completion of the investigation, you will receive compensation as required.
